Welcome to Creekside Paradise Tybee 🌅 This dreamy, tropical-inspired home is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making unforgettable memories. Spend your days kayaking along the creek, fishing off the dock, or soaking in the hot tub as the sun sets over the water. This home features 2 kitchens, multiple living spaces, fire pit, screened patio, dipping pool & a tiki bar. Be sure to stop by our brewery for a beer 🍻 You can rent the entire home or I can offer it as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath (The Oasis) or a 2-bedroom, 1-bath (The Hideaway).

🐾 PET POLICY
Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—please inquire.
The yard is shared with us, so dogs must be friendly and cleaned up after.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
• Max capacity: 16 guests
– No more than 12 guests over age 15 (city ordinance)
• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch located in a private nook behind the owner’s home next door
– Occasionally used by owner
– You can close the gate while in use for privacy
• Parking for up to 5 vehicles (possibly 6 if they are smaller / midsize)
• BYO Boat: $250 (must confirm space in advance)
🌴 THE OASIS
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom side of the house with 2 king size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed & a twin over full bunk bed & a queen sleeper sofa. This side features a full kitchen, 2 dens, 2 dining areas with seating for 12, gas fireplace, screened in back porch, one Jack & Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo attached to primary & another full size bathroom with laundry & small walk in shower attached to bunk bed room. Max capacity 11 - no more than 8 guests over age 15 (city ordinance)
🌺 THE HIDEAWAY
Compact 2 bedroom 1 bathroom side of the house with 2 king size bedrooms & 1 full bathroom with walk in shower. This side features an open air back porch, cozy living area & a well appointed kitchenette (double sink, coffee maker, microwave, full refrigerator, large capacity toaster oven & double burner hot plate). Twin size fold out mattress available for extra sleeping space. Max capacity 4 adults & 1 child
